Warrants
The Magistrate will issue warrants by appointment only.
Hours
Magistrate Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (lunch 12pm-1pm)
Defensive Driving
Defensive Driving classes are available to defendants who qualify. To determine eligibility, a defendant must appear in person with their ticket in hand during business hours, PRIOR to your court date.
Payments
Pay by phone: (938) 253-1207

Payments are due by the 10th of each month. If the payment is late or you are unable to pay, you are scheduled for Court on the Payment Docket that month at 2pm. Failing to appear on that date will result in a warrant being issued.
2025 Court Dates
Court is held two Tuesdays per month at 2pm.
