Simpson ( By Playground), Blue Bell ( Center with grilling pit), Lions Club ( South End by ballfields), Pool side Gazebo.
Field Rental -
Ball fields rent for $100.00 per field, per day. Tournament must provide field setup and umpires. All grounds must be clean when tournament is completed. Consessions are to be provided by Hanceville Park & Recreation and NO OUTSIDE food allowed. A 25.00 per hour, per field, light fee is charged for the use of lights.
Recreation & Wellness Center-
Room rental is based on a four hours rental rate. All rentals require a $25.00 clean up and security deposit. Deposit will be returned with in three days of room inspection.
It is the renter responsibility to setup prior to and clean up after event.
Dinning Rooms:
Civitan Community Room 1 (no kitchen , 25-30 people) $35.00
Civitan Community Room 2 ( kitchen, 25-30 people) $50.00
both rooms with use of kitchen (75 people) $75.00
Meeting Rooms:
Historic Room ( 15-20 people) $30.00
Medica Class Room (15-20 people with medica equipment) $25.00
Art & Craft Room (8-10 people) $25.00
Veterans Lounge ( Private office meeting Room 5 or less) $15.00
Events-
Main Auditorium / Gymnasium ( seating for 250-300) $250.00 per day
Requires a $100.00 security / clean up deposit. All decorations must be hung without damage to walls or ceilings and must be removed when event is complete.
Any event that is high risk ( more than 100 people, or event that consist of dance, fight, boxing, or other sporting event must employ a police officer for security through the Hanceville Police Department. Contact Mark Bowers at 256-352-9811 for information on security.
Security Deposit must be paid to hold or reserve rooms. Balance on rental must be paid three days prior to rental date.
